Since its formation in 2010, the Melt Trio has become one of the world’s most innovative guitar trios in contemporary jazz.
With their progressive and unique sound, they have been inspiring experts, music lovers and concertgoers at jazz festivals and club concerts around the globe – they have already been nominated for the ECHO JAZZ three times in their young career, they were featured on Arte Concerts, and played more or less any reknown Jazz Festival. After the critically acclaimed albums „Melt“, „Hymnolia“ and „Stroy“, the long-awaited new album „CONSUMER“ was released on Fun In The Church/Bertus on 4 November 2022.
Consumer has been awarded with the German Jazz Prize 2023 in the category Album Of The Year!
